Asking Actionable Questions

Why evaluate? Other than because your funders require it of course. You know my mantra by now, right? You want to know you are making a difference!

So, let’s assume you have engaged your community and with them, designed your logic model that accurately describes your community strategy(ies).

What is your next step? Good news! You don’t need a long list of evaluation questions. It’s much better to ask a few actionable, “Big Bucket” or “key” evaluation questions. Meaning, once these questions are answered, you have some sense as to what you should do next.
