What is Stopping You (From Evaluation)?

When I was in college, I was required to take a speech class. I bet many of you, at least those of who are of a certain age 😊 did too.

I would sit there while the eager beavers went first, diving in as soon as the instructor asked for volunteers to go first.

So not me.

But the longer I waited, the more my palms sweat and the pit in my stomach grew bigger. Eventually, I summoned the courage to get the gang speech over with.

Can you relate?

The funny thing is, the only thing that moves us past fear is to do the thing we are fearful of.

Fast forward to now, and I speak and teach all the time.

My palms still sweat, and I am still nervous, but I’ve gotten pretty good at it.

So, I must ask you, what’s holding you back from diving into evaluation?

Take my little poll. It will help me design new content just for you.

Take care -

Ann
